pro tip: just reserve a day to cook and clean. Seems counterintuitive and like it will take up waaaay too much time but will help you Darastically with all your other goals long term if you have food to fuel you ready to go and don’t have to stop every 5 hours to scrape together something to eat. it adds up and imo it’s better to just get it done ahead of time. It really does pay off.
